Physical Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund (minus any shipping/handling).
Books, CDs and DVDs must be returned in their original condition and protective packaging or no refund will be given. (Defective CDs and DVDs will be replaced)

Refunds will be made to a customer in the form of the original payment method within sixty (60) days of Alcyone Marketing’s receipt of the returned product.
Digital Products
All refund requests for downloadable products must be submitted in writing. If you purchased a downloadable product, please wipe it from your computer’s hard drive and destroy any printed copies. Then send a signed letter to the address above indicating you have done so and requesting a refund. Your letter must be postmarked within five business days of the date you placed your order for your refund request to be honored.
